Rain stops play!

Unfortunately the winter weather caught up with us last weekend, so a day of torrential rain meant we had to cancel the junior coaching and Winter League.

The next event takes place on Saturday, 17 December (1:30pm). Details are as follows:

Juniors under 36 H'cap - red tees.
Juniors under 28 H'cap - yellow tees.
Juniors 37 H'cap and over - blue tees.
£2 entry (all entry money to go back in prizes).
Prize giving after the match.
Open to all juniors with or without handicaps.
Best four rounds over the winter will decide the league winner.

Saturday Junior Coaching

Junior Coaching Details are as follows:

9:30am - Young group.
10:45am - Older group.
One hour - £4.
Fun and prizes up for grabs.

Cornwall Team Championship 2016 - 2017

Following our amazing win over Launceston, Bude GC have drawn Perranporth in the semi-final which is to be played at Trevose GC on Sunday, 26 February 2017. Please put this date in your diary and come along to support the team. Gong luck and play well.

Turkey Trot - Sunday, 11 December

The 10:30am shotgun start saw 18 full tees, a fantastic field of 72 players and an extremely high standard of golf which was rewarded by a beautifully sunny winter's day. It was the duo of Ryan Curtis and Connor Cann who picked up first place on the countback with an amazing score of 48 points from Dan Knight and Simon Mcivor. In third place was the pairing of Mike Hudson and Llew Courtenay on 46. A special thank you needs to go to Charlotte who organised the 20 turkeys for the prize giving.

Canivores Canter - Friday, 9 December

First place - David Latter (42 points), second place - Paul Cobb (39 points), third place - John Davies (38 points), fourth place - Neil Wallace (38 points), fifth place - Steve Smith (38 points) and in sixth place - Alan Cottle (37 points).
