Bude and NC GC enters the Kernow Cup

The Kernow Cup is a three man junior team event played in groups of three clubs resulting in a final's day. As a club we are proud now be in the position to think about entering junior team events so well done to all our junior and academy members who have worked hard on their games during the past 12 months.

Bude GC's Junior Academy Golf Membership

We have introduced this initiative to give our younger junior players access to the golf course and a pathway into full junior membership in the future. B & NC GC has recently introduced a shortened course, marked with blue tee markers that will allow our younger players to obtain a handicap and play in junior competitions. The only cost will be a £5 payment for insurance.

Tom Morris Round Three

Paul Vickerstaff and Ray Downes came from four shots down to win Round Three of the Tom Morris on a cold and windy day. The full results were as follows:

First place - Paul Vickerstaff and Ray Downes, second place - Nick Wilce and Gary Pethick and in third place - Doug Holt and Chunky Philp.

Overall Standings

Winners - Nick Wilce and Gary Pethick, second place - James Swart and Phil Haggarty and in third place - Shaun Marshall and James Urquhart.
